FOOD

My people have been

eating from the fields longer than any local foods movement. Our seeds have been passed down from our ancestors for hundreds of years. All food is organic, locally harvested and fresh from the ground.

She can also provide a box of produce with village fresh potatoes, tomato, onions, eggs and seasonal vegetables like squash that will be waiting for you upon your arrival. $20.

Water

Water comes from a spring in the mountain. Bring a Nalgene.

There is a communal fridge with ice.

Dry Pantry

You are welcome to prepare dishes from the dry pantry : pasta, rice, lentils, salt and pepper, spices, and oil.

For longer stays or the adventurous. . . there are six small corner stores throughout the village which sell fresh produce like watermelons, cantaloupe, prickly pears as well as packaged goods like soaps, canned fish and sardines.
