The village is completely off grid. The ride is about an hour and a half from the airport through the beautiful Atlas Mountains. We can arrange a driver to pick you up at the Agadir Airport.

These cars can accommodate 5 people and their small suitcases. Two cars are suggested for larger loads and donations. Large vehicles can be rented.

There is only parking for 2 rental cars in the house. While here, you will not need a car in the village, which will spare your rental fees while you are focusing on your art. This is one of the joys of our village. A car free environment!

The village is so remote it’s not ideal for using as a base for other explorations. I suggest traveling to other places and sightseeing after your residency here.

 

I’ll provide travel suggestions and contacts upon booking. Taxis, buses and trains are very cheap in Morocco and it is in our culture to ride share and carpool. They leave the village every morning for nearby cities and are happy to take you.
